Key Advantages

6½-Digit Measurement across Five Current Ranges

Measure low-power standby states and full-load currents up to 10 A with five dedicated current ranges. Up to 6½-digit resolution and 1 nA readback resolution on the 1 mA range provide precision across a wide dynamic current range.

240 W Source & Sink — Full Two-Quadrant Power

The LPS3010 provides the same 240 W power envelope in source and active sink operation, including 10 A up to 24 V. Source, discharge and actively load a DUT from the same output without an external electronic load.

1 MSa/s Acquisition with Streaming & USB Logging

Capture voltage or current at up to 1 MSa/s, or both simultaneously at 500 kSa/s. Buffer at least four million samples in local memory, stream acquisition data to a host PC, or log directly to USB storage.

100 kSa/s Hardware-Timed Waveform Generation

Generate voltage and current profiles with a 10 µs update interval and 16-bit DAC resolution. Use programmable sequences with up to 4096 segments, play CSV profiles from USB storage, or stream waveform data from a host PC in real time.

Programmable Output Impedance & Battery Simulation

Shape the output impedance from −0.05 Ω to +10 Ω to reproduce non-ideal power sources and voltage drop under load. Integrated battery simulation extends the LPS3010 beyond an ideal laboratory supply for realistic battery-powered DUT testing.

Low-Noise Output & Fast Transient Recovery

Combines clean, low-noise power (0.2 mV RMS) with the speed required for dynamic load testing. A 30 µs transient recovery target minimizes voltage deviations during sudden load changes, supporting stable power delivery for sensitive circuitry and highly dynamic DUT states.
